Dairy Free Protein Brownies

This recipe is always on high rotation. Its the quickest, easiest mess free brownie recipe you will find. You literally just chuck all the ingredients n a blender and blend. Its great for those late night sugar cravings as it can be prepared and cooked in half an hour. Made with chickpeas, these brownies are a great source of plant-based protein and fibre. 🌱

Ingredients
400g can organic chickpea, drained & rinsed
2 tbsp nut butter (I love Pics peanut butter)
1/4 cup agave syrup
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup almond meal
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips + more for sprinkling on top!

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Pop all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
3. Mix in the chocolate chips and place in a lined baking tin.
4. Sprinkle with extra choc chips and bake for 20-25 mins.
