Sour Cherry, Cacao & Coconut Protein Balls
An easy go-to snack, that is quick and simple to make. This recipe can be changed to suit any flavour preference. All you need is a food processor and a creative mind!
Ingredients
3/4 cup My Hemple Divine Vanilla Protein powder
2 tbsp cacao
1 tbsp rice malt syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup peanut butter or tahini
1/4 cup sour cherries
1/ 4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup cashews
Desiccated coconut
*Ratios may vary slightly. Add more dry or wet ingredient to get the desired consistency.
Directions
Blitz all ingredients in a food processor until the mixture is combined (it should just hold together and not to be too wet or dry).
Roll into balls and roll through desiccated coconut &/or sesame seeds.
